Our one-bedroom basement suite is fully furnished, including some antique pieces. The kitchen is stocked with necessities and sundries to help get you started. Rent includes heat and electricity, plus cable TV. Note that the ceiling height is lower than standard. In particular, the red beam in the kitchen pictured below is the lowest point at 5' 6". Otherwise, doorways are at 6' and ceilings are at 6' 6".

Eating Area

Entrance to the suite takes you into the kitchen and eating area. There's a handy closet next to the front door.

Bathroom

The bathroom is a full 4-piece, with the shower in the tub.

The laundry area is accessible through folding doors in the bathroom.

Livingroom

We've furnished the livingroom with couches, a coffee table, TV, and CD-stereo.
