due to its proximity to a large park with that name.
We have a fully furnished, two-bedroom basement suite with its own entrance from the rear
of the house. The suite has its own kitchen, eating area, separate 4-piece bathroom and laundry facilities.
Rental Rate
The suite rents for $40 per day, $250 per week, or $1000 per month.
We request a deposit--negotiated depending on your length of stay--which is cheerfully refunded when
your tenancy ends.
